Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

We do not sell your personal information or your health information. Our services are currently available only in New York and Florida.

This Privacy Policy explains how SATEX TECH INC ("Satex," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Satex mobile application and the satex.com website (together, the "Platform").

1. Who We Are

Satex operates a technology platform and marketplace. Satex does not itself provide medical care and does not sell, prescribe, or dispense medications. The clinical service is provided by an independent, licensed medical practice (the "Provider"), which is the merchant of record for the service and which receives your payment in full, directly to its own Stripe account. The care itself is delivered by a licensed physician who supervises and screens, and a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) who administers the service. Satex does not hold, process, or distribute patient funds; Satex is paid a software fee by the Provider, outside of your payment. See Section 6 for how this affects your data and your payments.

Our services are currently available only in New York and Florida, and the company is pre-launch.

Contact: SATEX TECH INC, 110 East Broward Blvd, Suite 1260, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Email: hi@satex.com .

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Contact Information

Information you give us when you create an account, request a visit, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, postal or service address, date of birth, and login credentials.

2.2 Payment Information

Payment and booking features become available at launch. When the service is live and you pay for a service, your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. Satex does not store full card numbers on its own servers. We receive limited information from Stripe such as a payment confirmation, the last four digits of the card, and transaction status. See Section 5 and Section 6.

2.3 Device, Usage, and Cookies

Information collected automatically when you use the Platform, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location (to confirm we serve your area), pages or screens viewed, and interactions. We and our analytics vendors use cookies and similar technologies on the website. See Section 14 (Cookies).

2.4 Communications

Records of your communications with us, including SMS and text messages (delivered through a third-party messaging provider, Twilio), emails, and support requests, and your consent preferences for those communications.

2.5 Health Information

Because the Platform is used to arrange an in-home wellness service delivered by a licensed Provider, we collect health-related information that you provide as part of the intake and scheduling process. This may include:

  • your responses to a medical intake or screening questionnaire;
  • known allergies, medications, and relevant medical history;
  • contraindications or conditions that may affect eligibility or safety;
  • the service or wellness formula you select or request; and
  • notes the Provider records in connection with the visit, where applicable.

This information exists so that a licensed Provider can screen and medically assess you before any service is administered. We treat this information as sensitive and limit its use and sharing as described in this policy. (See Section 7 for how health-privacy laws apply.)

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • create and manage your account and verify eligibility for the service area;
  • arrange, schedule, and coordinate your requested visit with a licensed Provider;
  • enable the Provider to screen, medically assess, and safely deliver the service (the Provider, not Satex and not you, determines eligibility and dosing);
  • support the payment process (payments are processed by Stripe and made directly to the Provider) and help coordinate refunds and cancellations;
  • send service messages, appointment confirmations, and, with your consent, SMS notifications;
  • provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform, including analytics;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your health information.

4. Legal Bases / Why We Process (where applicable)

Where required by law, we process personal information to perform our contract with you (arranging the service), with your consent (for example, SMS marketing), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below. We do not sell personal or health information.

5.1 The Licensed Medical Provider

To deliver the service you request, we share your relevant account, scheduling, and health information (intake answers, allergies, contraindications, and the selected service) with the independent, licensed medical practice (the "Provider") assigned to your visit. The service is administered by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) under the supervision and standing orders of a licensed physician. Every patient is screened and medically assessed by a licensed Provider before any infusion, and the Provider, not you, determines eligibility and dosing. The Provider uses your information to provide care and may maintain its own records of the visit as an independent practice. See Section 7.

5.2 Stripe (Payment Processing)

Card payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Connect. Your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy . Because the Provider is the merchant of record, your payment is made directly to the Provider's own Stripe account, and the Provider receives the full amount. Satex does not receive any portion of your payment (see Section 6). We do not send your health information to Stripe; Stripe receives only the data needed to process the payment.

5.3 Twilio (SMS / Text Messaging)

We use Twilio, a third-party messaging provider, to deliver SMS and text messages such as appointment confirmations and, where you have consented, notifications. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out as described in our SMS terms (reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help). For the full SMS consent disclosures, including message types, frequency, rates, opt-out, and links to this Privacy Policy and the Terms, see our SMS terms in Section 6 of our Terms of Service .

5.4 Service Providers and Vendors

We share information with vendors that help us run the Platform, such as cloud hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, and customer-support tools. These vendors are bound by contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.

5.5 Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers

We may disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Provider, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (subject to this policy).

6. The Platform / Merchant-of-Record Model, Payments, Refunds & Cancellations (Plain Terms)

Payments and booking become available at launch. The following describes how payments work once the service is live.

Satex is a marketplace that connects you with an independent, licensed medical practice (the Provider). In plain terms:

  • Satex runs the app and website. You do not pay Satex anything: the Provider pays Satex a software fee for the technology, outside of your payment.
  • The independent licensed medical practice (the Provider) delivers the clinical service, is the merchant of record, and receives your payment in full.
  • Stripe (via Stripe Connect) processes your card payment in U.S. Dollars (USD) directly to the Provider's own Stripe account. Satex does not hold, process, or distribute the funds.

Cancellations. You may cancel free of charge if you cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations later than that window (that is, less than 6 hours before the scheduled time) may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds. Because your payment goes directly to the Provider (the merchant of record), refunds are issued by the Provider to your original payment method via Stripe, with Satex's assistance in coordinating the request. If a licensed Provider screens you out for safety, you are not charged at all — the card hold is simply released — or, if a payment was already captured, the Provider refunds it in full.

Timing. Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe. Once a refund is issued, Stripe's settlement back to your card issuer typically takes an additional 5 to 10 business days, which is outside our control.

Partial refunds. If a cancellation or no-show fee applies, the Provider retains that fee and the remaining balance is released or refunded to your original payment method via Stripe, as stated at the time of cancellation and in the Terms / Refund & Cancellation Policy .

For full details, see our Terms / Refund & Cancellation Policy (Section 8). This Privacy section describes only how these mechanics affect your data and payments.

7. Health Information and HIPAA

The licensed Provider (the independent medical practice, including the supervising physician and the administering RN) who assesses you and delivers the service is a HIPAA covered entity and handles your health information, such as its clinical records, under HIPAA and applicable state law.

Satex is a technology platform that facilitates scheduling, intake, and payment. For the health information that Satex handles on the Provider's behalf, Satex acts as the Provider's business associate under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and handles that information in accordance with HIPAA. We treat the health information you provide through the Platform as sensitive, restrict access to it, and share it only as described in this policy. We do not use your health information for advertising and we do not sell it.

8. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal and health information. These include encryption in transit, access controls, and limits on who can view sensitive data. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider.

This policy does not promise absolute or "100%" security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations and to resolve disputes. The licensed Provider retains its own clinical records under the medical-recordkeeping laws that apply to its practice, independent of Satex. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your information;
  • obtain a copy of certain information (portability);
  • opt out of certain processing; and
  • be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

You can exercise these rights by contacting us at hi@satex.com . We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and out of marketing SMS by replying STOP.

10.1 New York and Florida Residents

Residents of New York and Florida (the states we currently serve) may have rights under applicable state privacy and consumer-protection laws regarding their personal and health information. Contact us at hi@satex.com to make a request.

10.2 State Privacy Rights

Where a comprehensive state privacy law applies to you, eligible residents generally have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information or health information. Our current service area is limited to New York and Florida; the specific rights available to you depend on the laws of your state of residence. To exercise any applicable rights, contact hi@satex.com .

11. Children's Privacy and Minimum Age

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 18 years old (the age of majority) to create an account and to agree to the Terms. The Platform and its services are intended for adults (18+), consistent with our Terms of Service . We do not provide services to minors through self-service accounts. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact hi@satex.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
